Note: Need locals to Illinois who can got for F2F after telephonic, (can consider US Citizens/Green Card Holders/H1B's - who are in and around 30-40 miles from Oak Brook) Please do let us knoe if you have any consultants available for the following. Business Analyst (IT) -- Oakbrook, IL -- 12+ months contract. Job Description: - This business analyst serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements.
- Will work with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. And will evaluate the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client's business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements.
Projects / Processes: - Enhance asset lifecycle management process and deploy centralized asset management system within ServiceNow for end user devices (PCs, phones, tablets, external devices & stipends)
- Streamline Governance and Compliancy Reviews, generate monthly mobile dashboard reports, conduct quarterly eligibility compliancy reviews, and evaluate of employee asset assignment due to role or location change
Type of data they are managing: - Invoice Management – Stipend Management & Hardware Devices
- Mobile Computing - Mobile Device Master Data & Mobile Compliance Reviews.
Required Skills & Experience: - Required 4-5 years of asset lifecycle management process working experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
- Business analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, documenting process and data flow diagrams.
- Performing master data management.
- Implementing process improvements
- Some travel may be required (minimal) 5-10%
- Relies on some experience to plan and accomplish tasks.
- Ability to take direction, ability to work well with a team - May lead junior resources. - Reports to: Manager.
- Advanced Degree or Certifications? No certifications required, but it’s a plus if they have.
