We need a Workday Functional consultant with in-depth knowledge of Advanced Compensation.

Workday Functional
Atlanta, GA
6-12 months
Starts July 30, 2018

Senior Analyst with experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM Applications. Must have in-depth knowledge of HR concepts, practices and processes as well as hands-on configuration of Advanced Compensation required. Working knowledge of Core HCM, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Career Development Planning, and Succession Planning required.

Hands on experience managing and executing tasks and deliverables including design, requirements gathering and documentation, fit gap analysis, application configuration, functional/technical design docs, testing, training and support, as well as integration with 3rd party apps.
