Description:

The Organizational Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Organizational Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Assess the change impact
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Create change management strategy
  • Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Support communication efforts
  • Support training efforts
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coach managers and supervisors
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level, Enterprise Change Management
  • Manage the portfolio and change load

Skills and qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

Client Engineering team is looking for a candidate to join an exciting, high performing organization. The Linux administrator will be responsible for designing, automating implementing, and developing the operations documentation for operating system platforms for desktop and server environments. The Linux administrator will support multiple operating systems such as RedHat, SuSE, CentOS, and Ubuntu. The administrator will collaborate with architects and engineers to develop strategies and processes to support a global Linux platform. 
 

Qualifications:
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as Linux Server administrator 
• 3+ years of computer and hardware skills including experience 

 

Preferred Experience: 
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) 
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) 
• SUSE Certified  Administrator 
• SUSE Certified Engineer 
• AWS Experience

Major Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Provide expert knowledge in the configuration management of Linux based systems (RedHat, SuSE, CentOS, Ubuntu) 
• Experience with Best-Practices and Procedures 
• Experienced in on-premise and Cloud Linux deployments utilizing tools such as Ansible, Cloud Formation, Terraform, or similar products. 
• Assist in upgrading, installing, and configuring on premise and cloud solutions utilizing Linux server and/or workstation implementations. 
• Create base build images for Linux deployments. 
• Manage development repositories, build automation and application deployment activities 
• Maintain Linux server/workstation configuration integrity, compliance and security on all supported systems 
• Experienced integration with Active Directory, NIS, etc for Linux authentication 
• Manipulate and edit files, directories, and links from both command line and graphical interface 
• Create and configure file systems and file system attributes, such as permissions, encryption, and access control lists to include network file systems 
• Manages RedHat, SuSE, Ubuntu and CentOS System administration, performance tuning/monitoring, maintaining fault tolerance, account management for internal development, lab environments and remote locations, including various Cloud environments. 
• Build, install, document, and manage RedHat, Ubuntu, SUSE, and CentOS servers and workstations 
• Interface with cross-functional teams and developers to support and resolve technical problems 
• Perform scripting with expertise in Shell (Korn/Bash) and Python, javascript and any others are a bonus. 
• Acknowledging and responding to all assigned service tickets within the SLA and updating/closing tickets upon resolution in accordance with established ticket management procedures. 
• Training employees on software and hardware operations and best practices 
• Communicating effectively to users and IT resources to help understand or effectively troubleshoot issues or requests as they are submitted. 
• Experience troubleshooting, analyzing, implementing and evaluating IT systems. 
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and follow through. 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
