1.Position Title: ETL with healthcare
Location: Falls Church, VA

Job Description:
Ø Responsible for extraction of data from healthcare EMR’s or LIS systems applications
Ø Responsible for working with the team members and get them understand clients EMR application & schema knowledge, navigation or extraction process
Ø Responsible for getting the extraction completes for the data components required by client
Ø Provide Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) and data integration expertise and support
Ø Implement data solutions within a variety of systems/applications.
Ø Help define system and process requirements, analyze business requirements and source systems to design and develop ETL solutions using a variety of toolsets.
Ø Design and development of extraction and transformation mappings from client source systems.
Ø Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, documentation and problem resolution
Ø Review business problems and design appropriate business approach
Ø Develop gap analysis between current state and desired to-be state from a data perspective to support internal and external client projects
Required Skills:
Ø In depth knowledge of one of the applications mentioned above.
Ø More than 3+ years of experience
Ø Understands healthcare applications and terminology, patient care environments, and service needs and priorities of patient care personnel preferred.
Ø Data conversion experience on other products will be a plus
Ø Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
Ø Strong communication skills

Qualifications and Education Requirement:
Graduation in Computer Science or similar graduation
