Salesforce Architect
Burlington MA
4-5 month contract

10+ years exp is must

Interview Process:          Phone screen to in-person or Skype
Tech stack:                          Json, SQL, Oracle, HTML, Web/Windows

Important Skills:

Technical – Salesforce, SQL, Java
Soft – Communication/soft skills

Notes:

  • The team focuses within the Coventry space at Client place. Coventry Workers Comp is broken down into 3 main sections: Clinical (over the phone support from nurses), Field Case Management (nurses in the home – around 700 nurses Nationwide) and Nurse Triage (a hotline that is used to support nurses – this helps direct patients in the direction of what their need is - essentially a call center).
  • The team focuses on supporting all of the applications within workers comp from enhancements, upgrades, implementations, adding functionality, etc.
  • The main global claim application they use is homegrown, called Claim Opps. This application ensures that all patients/customers files are located in one area and is distributed to one of the three above groups depending on their needs. This app went live about 8-9 years ago.
  • The other main application his team supports is “NT24” (Nurse Triage 24). This resource will be focusing on building out a new application on Salesforce which will work to eventually replace NT24 – this is a $1.7 million dollar project (so far) slated to wrap up in June 2019. If the initial stages are successful, they’ll continue to build Salesforce out into other areas and start to replace other applications. Because of this, there is potential this resource will be extended past the original project end date.
  • Marc needs someone who can “run the show” and doesn’t need a lot of direction or handholding. He needs someone who can build out Salesforce within their environment and help out with some of the development aspects too (ideally).
  • Team is both .Net and Java

Best Regards,
