Hi We are looking for Dynatrace Administrator at St, MO Dynatrace Administrator  Client: Panera  Location: STL,MO Job Title : Dynatrace Administrator Overview: As an Dynatrace administrator, you need to set up the APM instance according to the needs of the organization. Role will be very hands-on and will include providing insights about Dynatrace and connecting it with other monitoring tools. Role require to work closely with developers, performance testers and performance engineering teams by taking their requirement and converting into business transactions. Duties Include: Demonstrated experience setting up Dynatrace monitoring solutions across various platforms and systems.  Demonstrated experience configuring custom dashboards within Dynatrace. Demonstrated experience configuring business transactions and sensors within Dynatrace. Solid knowledge and understanding of system development lifecycle (minimum of 3+ years’ experience). Demonstrated experience developing and debugging applications.  Demonstrated experiences troubleshooting and resolving application performance management issues. Demonstrated experiences resolving full stack incidents (application level to infrastructure level). Communication skills with a comfort level communicating to different audiences. Demonstrated experience with plugins – specifically URL, SOAP, MQ Monitoring, EMAIL, SNMP.  Experience working with Dynatrace OneAgent is a plus ·  Experience creating alerts and incidents Experience working with Dynatrace API to connect monitoring tools such as ServiceNow Required Skills: 3+ years working with Dynatrace/ AppMon Troubleshoot root cause of application performance. Create Dynatrace measures, dashboards, and charts.Create and manage Dynatrace incidents.Perform memory and thread diagnostics using Dynatrace.
