Job Details:
Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *
1. Java

3. Selenium Scripting

Major Responsibilities: - Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Java, Maven, Jenkins
- Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives
- Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases
- Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
- Execute and analysis automation test results, work on POCs for different automation possibilities
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
- Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using Quality Center or similar tools/means
- Support production deployment of applications and perform "validation testing" during the off-hours maintenance windows
Minimum Requirements:
Experience/Skills:
1. Should have strong 5+ experience as Testing Lead and automation with some development background
2. Should have 1+ experience in testing websites on Mobile devices
3. Should have 3+ years of experience using Testing Tools like Jira, HP ALM, SOAP UI
4. Good Experience writing automation test cases using Selenium, cucumber
5. Understanding and experience working in Agile/Scrum projects
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Good understanding of Java/J2EE based web applications. Should understand basic concepts of HTML, Java-script, Ajax, web-services etc.
8. Basic knowledge of DB Skills and should be able to write basic SQLs
Minimum years of experience*: 5+
