Job Description
sprint grooming / feature breakdown-> sprint planning ->analysis / development / testing/ deployment (dev ops) - > demo / sign off / release Pi planning: the product increment is the summation of overall backlog items finished during the sprint and also the previous completed sprints.
It is used to estimate when the work will get completed Spring grooming/feature breakdown: objective of this activity is to perform requirements gathering or requirements discovery, requirement analysis, recording requirements as user stories, providing estimates of the work size and coding effort
Top Responsibilities:
1. Analysis/development: implement the algorithm and data structure required in the business layer as per the requirements. Develop project components. Perform unit testing, peer code review and commit code to repository. Deploy it for validation with help of any continuous integration tool.
2. Qa validation / sign off: the main aim here is to make sure that the software meets the customer's needs without harming the application. The formal way of declaring this process is sign off. The qa can acknowledge that they have reviewed and tested the application and now the application is ready to release.
3. Demo/release: in this phase, the release units that were tested in the testing stage are deployed in production environments for live or real time usage
