Role: Servicenow (ITFM/APM)
Duration :12Months
Remote
We are looking for a functional ITFM/APM expert who implemented these before and is knowledgeable about the ITFM changes coming from Service Now. THe biggest core skill if ITFM / APM functional and
implementation experience across multiple clients. This is critical.
Healthcare experience a major plus.
ServiceNow Consultant (ITFM/ APM)
Long term contract
# of Resources: 1-2 US based remote resources (potential for occasional onsite client visits)
Here is a better version of the requirement:
· Implemented ITFM/Finance Management and Application Portfolio
· Management(APM) for one or more customers.
· Several implementations is a +
· Working with Healhcare customer is +
· Exposure working with CMDB and ITOM concepts in ServiceNow
· Exposure working with ITBM
· Certified ServiceNow administrator is a must
· Great soft skills
