Development of Automation using UIPath 2. Excellent RPA design skills 3. Good at Agile Execution Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) 1. TALEND skills 2. Excellent Communication Detailed Job Description: Basic Skill Requisite: * Exposure to Agile delivery methods * 3+ years' Experience in implementing Software Robotics or automation projects. * Previous process assessment experience for End to End process automation * Work with senior stakeholders to understand business requirement & needs to implement automation solution * Should be self-starter and should have performed assessments independently with minimum support within stringent time line * Previous experience in automation tools like UIPath, * Good Client communication skill * Knowledge of basic elements of project management & planning * Ability to work with cross functional and regional teams * Previous experience in Process Re-engineering will be an asset Roles and Responsibilities: * End to End process assessment for Automation feasibility * Design automation solutions for existing business processes. Assist in definition of project scope, requirements and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility * Develop and Implement Automation Use Cases using UiPath Tool. * Support in create and maintain documentation related to projects (eg. process mapping, business requirement, functional and technical specification, coding, design test script, test plan and go-live release notes etc.) * Work together with RPA capability team in resolving any open issues during development and maintenance of project. * Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with team to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of process, improve processes and increase productivity. * If required should be willing to learn selected robotics tools for automating process * Monitor and report on the status of automation efforts * Think out of the box to identify work around and re-design process, if needed. Certifications Needed: UiPath advanced developer certification Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*: 1. Develop Automation Use cases and test them 2.
