Prerequisites:
Years of experience: around 3-5 years
- Support migrating users to Office 365 in Mexico, the US, and South America
- Support users with mailboxes larger than 2GB, archiving emails outside of the 2GB limit
- Documenting via SNOW all adds, moves, and changes
- Configure single sign with Okta if required.
- Test user access to Office 365
- All devices that require access to your email accounts will need to be redirected to Office 365
- Assigning licenses to all remaining non-licensed users
- Sending out daily notifications
- Migrate shared mailboxes or random user mailboxes that are being used as shared
- Validate if mailboxes are still in use
