Job Title: AWS PaaS Consultant
Location: Houston, Texas
Position type: Contract
Contract duration: 6 months+ extension possible
Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
1. AWS PaaS – S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Kinesis, API Gateway, Serverless , Cloud Watch, AWS Cli, IAM Roles/Policy ( Good understanding ) , Security ( WAF )
2. Programming Language – Python (must have)
3. Framework/Library – Pandas, Spark (Good to have)
4. NoSQL database knowledge like Cassandra, RDBMS (PG, Oracle)
5. 2nd Programming language – Java
6. Others – SQL/CQL, Shell Script ( Good To have ) , Basic Linux Commands (vi, cp, rm, scp, chmod, chown
Minimum years of experience: 5+
Top 3 responsibilities:
1. Lead development efforts from onsite
2. Coordination with offshore developers
3. Client reporting and status updates
