Job Title: Kronos Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Oakland CA
Position type: Contract
Contract duration: 6 Months + extension possible
Job Description:
The Kronos Technical Specialist Provides expertise in the support and maintenance of Kronos Absence and timekeeping modules.
Experience in Product personalization, data integration, data conversion and reports development in Kronos is a must.
Skills/ Experience:
Experience upgrading Kronos applications versions
Experience in configuring overtime, grace period calculation rules and setups
Experience in configuring Waiting period rules for vacation and sick codes for new hires / rehires
Experience building interfaces within Kronos architecture (inbound/outbound)
Experience building reports
Demonstrated strong analytical abilities
Willing to learn a range of business or technical specialties based on business needs
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the business analysts and HR business teams to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integrations with Kronos application.
Develop functional and technical design and documentation for Kronos data conversions, interfaces, custom reporting and custom applications including the use of documented revision control
participate in the design, development and maintenance of conversions, modifications/customization and interface to/from oracles suite of business applications of Kronos and vice-versa
Drive the resolution & troubleshooting of issues during development and post-production support
Design, Document and perform unit testing to validate product functionality
