Need to understand the ecommerce functional flow
preparing business models and solution maps
Creating user stories with acceptance criteria
Story refinement sessions to the team
Communicate with PO/Business owners to get the Business requirements
Coordinating/Discuss with other Interface systems teams(Upstream/Downstream teams) to get proper business contect .
Continuous discussions with Technical Arch Team before proceeding with the User Story documentation.
Communication with PO to get the user stories acceptance
Guide and Mentor BA as needed in under stranding the Business functionality and guide them in documenting the User stories.
Answering the questions raised by Development Team .
