Position type: Contract
Contract duration: 6 Months + extension possible
Must Have Skills
1. Proficient in Datadog (1+ year experience. Must have), Dynatrace (5+ years’ experience. Good to have)
2. Proficient in working in production support projects and tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Postman
3. Insurance Domain knowledge
Nice to have skills:
1. Familiarity with Global delivery model.
2. He / she will also need to work in tandem with India based resources in delivering value to the client

Minimum years of experience: 10+ years.
Detailed Job Description:
The Service Provider has been partnering with client in production support activities like participate and support Incident, problem, change and configuration management, Support application availability objectives and mitigate risks, develop configure APM tool Dynatrace Datadog for support proactive monitoring.
Drive strategy for migration of monitors from old APM tool to new APM tool.
