Please set the expectation to candidates that there would be question ask on details of tools[ soap UI, concepts in Java etc.
Many at times candidates have used soap UI but just a basic user – this position needs in depth understanding & question would be asked on same.

• Strong SOA / API testing experience - Must Have
• Hand on any API testing tools – ReadyAPI, SOAPUI – Must Have
• GUI Automation – Selenium Web driver -Must Have
• Strong Java experience – Must Have
• Strong testing background – Must Have
• CI-CD/Devops & Agile experience – Good to have.
