Areas of responsibility:
- Respond to the issues assigned, do analysis, suggest / implement work around, communicate to all the stake holders and close the issues as per the agreed timelines in order to ensure support availability as per agreed SLAs.
- Activities listed above in order to enhance application and maintain the quality as per the requirements, SLAs.
- Work on analyzing the requirements, provide solution, design and development of the solution.
- Perform application deployment and provide support for new solution release.
Competencies:
- Working experience on IBM Sterling Order Management System
- Has working knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices to handle defects.
- Use advanced KM and problem knowledge management methods for root cause analysis/ bring together learning from across portfolio of functional areas to minimize impact.
- Has basic knowledge of transition process to participate in transition activities.
- Breaks down the problem into its constituent parts to get a better understanding of issues.
- Evaluate the available solution options while solving problems.
- Structures thoughts, listens attentively and asks questions to seek clarity for oneself.
