Location: Dr. Pataskala, OH
Duration: 6-8 Months
Job Description
Must Have Skills (Top 3 skills only):
1. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Manhattan Order management system preferably in Application support. Overall experience of 8-10 years
2. Should have both technical and functional experience in Manhattan OMS along with various order types functionalities like Retail, Customer, return, exchange.
3. Should have technical skill and functional expertise in the below:
• eCOM DOM (Distributed Selling)
• Retail DOM (Fulfillment)
• RLM
• MIF/SCI/SD/SIF
• PL/SQL
4. Should have experience working in Peak Season Support and should be proactive in decision making for system improvements
5. Should be able to co-ordinate with Offshore team for to meet the SLA of the client.
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only):
1. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
2. Should be good in periodic status reporting to the client and to Infosys.
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. L2 support of Manhattan OMS application running in more than 1000 stores with 24*7 support (Production support, Maintenance, Enhancement, Deployment)
2. Co-ordinate with client and end-users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents
3. Periodic Status reporting to client and Infosys
