1 Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
2 Defining the program governance (controls)
3 Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
4 Managing the program’s budget
5 Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
6 Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
7 Managing and utilizing resources across projects
8 Managing stakeholders’ communication
9 Aligning the deliverables to the program’s outcome
10 Status reporting at Steering committee level
