Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *
1. Ability to manage an integrated plan across other project components
2. Ability to monitoring critical path and dependencies
3. Ability to collaborate with other project managers and program support to ensure program cohesion and work efficiencies
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to support interaction with various levels within The Hershey Company
• Ability to work with Information Technology and 3PL warehouse experts to develop detail project plans
• Composure under pressure. self-starter, and collaborative working style
• Ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions concurrently (project management and time management skills)
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 Suite including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability drive confirm approval of project deliverables from the Hershey governance team
• Ability to execute Hershey milestone and stage gates reviews
• Ability to report of project performance with an expectation of being able to use Hershey’s Clarity PPM tool
• Ability to manage an integrated plan across other project components
• Ability to monitoring critical path and dependencies
• Ability to collaborate with other project managers and program support to ensure program cohesion and work efficiencies
