DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
• SF Compensation and SF Variable Pay Professional Certified as required qualification
• Lead for planning, alignment and execution of SuccessFactors implementation project
• Hands-on configuration for SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay modules
• Consult with clients to scope, design, document, implement and deliver Cloud solutions
• Provide project, program, and/or portfolio reporting to multi-stakeholders at senior management levels
• Working coherently with the internal team on delivering an integrated HCM Project Portfolio – SuccessFactors Modules
• Maintain exceptional client relations to ensure a smooth implementation
