Qualifications
Basic
• Experience on Rockwell Pharma Suite
• Knowledge of Bio Pharma Manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA standards
• Excellent written, verbal and presentational communication skills
• Pharma experience is a must
• 10+ years of Recipe Authoring Experience in Manufacturing Execution System.
• Complete end to end understanding of process flow
• Able to deduce the requirements and develop a recipe with complete unit level processing.
• Able to convert the requirements into a process flow and present it to customers
• Testing and Validation of Manufacturing IT Systems
• Creation developing the recipes to the total fill-finish line from dispensing to packing and there successful execution on the shop floor.
• Unit testing Dry Run Testing of prepared recipes.
• Be the client's point of contact on all technical issues and perform high-level technical analysis and evaluation.
Preferred
• Experience on XML
• Knowledge of Bio Pharma Manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA standards
• Excellent written, verbal and presentational communication skills
Required Shift:
Standard, flexible, Monday - Friday and occasional weekend work; must be willing to work with Infosys India teams (early hours in US) and also must be willing to work with all the teams across Eastern, Central, and Mountain Time zones in US.
The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
We need Automation Engineer from Rovisys since they have Pfizer experience and working relationship with client SMEs on the ground.
