Job Title: Technical Test Lead | Auto Finance domain
Work Location & Reporting Address: Seattle, WA 98101
client : Infosys / Nordstrom or Star bucks or Boeing or Fidelity Investments OR REI (Recreational Equipment Inc)
Contract duration: 12 months +
Minimum years of experience: 6
Key Skill Set:
UFT/Selenium/TOSCA test automation
2. Strong hands-on experience in automation testing
• Experience in Auto Finance domain
• Experience as Business Analyst/Product Owner/Domain Consultant
• 4 years of experience in Test Strategy, Test Automation, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & reporting
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies
• Understand (intra/inter) dependencies between all elements of Auto Financing and how all work together to implement the best possible solution
• Experience in leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large organization
• Should have experience in working closely with Business teams
• Work with release management to ensure products are thoroughly tested, published results, and rollback plans are captured
• Must have working experience in Offshore/Onshore model
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Estimation, prioritization, planning, coordinating testing activities and assisting the team in packaging functionality for optimized test execution aligned to overall project milestones.
