Must Have Skills
- SAP HCM Payroll expert with 10+ years of experience configuring and supporting US Payroll
- Extensive knowledge configuring Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management(OM), Payroll, Benefits Modules for global population
- Real life experience working with US and global payroll teams to implement payroll solutions
Detailed JD:
- Hands on experience configuring US payroll solutions that includes multi-states, various employee population (Exempt, Non-Exempt, Regular, Part-time), on-cycle, off-cycle payroll
- Extensive experience executing payroll processes, writing payroll schemas, calculation rules, and Wagetype configuration
- Working knowledge of BSI Tax Factory, W2, Tax reporters
- Good understanding of Time data requirement for payroll processing
- Experience working on and supporting employee, payroll and Time data integrations between SAP HCM and other external systems
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving payroll processing issues quickly under tight timelines
- Facilitating and coordinating business requirement gathering sessions
- Design function specifications, work with SAP/ABAP team members and test implemented changes to ensure requirements are met and outcome is as expected
- Supporting periodic legal pack (LP), support pack (SP) upgrades, BSI Tax factory updates (BSI TUBs, Cyclic upgrades)
- Work with Vendors, SAP Support for their system support, issue resolution
- Develops code, configures applications, and Designs and defines jobs schedules for high-risk, highly complex requirements. Installs software and software updates for critical systems. Approves and conducts Design and code reviews and executes the deployment of code across environments.
