Job Title: SAP SD Functional Consultant | MM
Work Location & Reporting Address: Saint Petersburg, FL 33711
Job Details:
• Looking for 14+ Years of experience in SAP with Functional knowledge mainly on SD and MM Modules.
• Cross modules knowledge on PP, QM and WM will be added advantage
• Manage Project activities for Logistics Modules (MM, IM, WM, SD, PP, QM)
• Manage Data Reconciliation Activities, Analyze and Resolve Data Discrepancies, Cutover Plan
• Manage Testing Cycles (FUT, SIT, UAT)
a. Coordinate with Offshore Testing Team
b. Prepare Burndown Chart, highlight any risks with timelines
c. Coordinate with Client SMEs for any Master Data Issues / Test Plan Clarifications
d. Review Test Scripts with Client SMEs
• Manage Defects and Incidents
a. Analyze and Resolve Complex Defects in Logistics Modules
b. Help Offshore Team with Defect Resolution
c. Coordinate among various modules for cross-modules defects
d. Coordinate with Client SMEs for defects pending due to data / process redesign in S4
e. Coordinate with SAP OSS for Standard Product Bugs / SAP Notes
f. Ensure Incident and Change Management process is followed and made adaptive for project requirements
• Manage Known Gaps / Mandatory Process Redesign for all Logistics Modules identified during S4 HANA Conversion Project
a. Create / Review FS Documents, Test Plans and Test Executions
b. Create / Review IT and End User Training Documents
• LSMWs – Coordination with Functionals and Developers
• Help Automation and Role Based Testing Teams with Queries and Master Data
• Provide / Present Weekly Status Updates to Project Committee
• Highlight Risks and Issues with Project activities / timelines, Work on mitigating the risks
• Hyper-Care Support for all Logistics Modules after Go-Live
