- Candidate should be able to
- Work closely with Product Owner in Backlog Refinement and continuous delivery of features, goals, and milestones. Protect teams from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product back-log and project timeline.
- Create, track and communicate agile metrics to team and ensured the team has a clear understanding of acceptance criteria and definition of done (DoD).
- Ensure all scrum processes are used and intended and removes barrier to successful implementation, keep team focused and hence help the Product Owner maximize productivity.
- Candidate should have
- Vast experience in supporting onsite-offshore team in best practices to accomplish a consistent velocity and predictability workflow.
