WIM or Dell Boomi

Kronos WFC implementation

Kronos WFD implementation

Stakeholder management

WFC or WFD Timekeeper

WFC or WFD Attendance, Accruals, Hyper finds

WFC or WFD Advanced Scheduling

Workforce Integration/Dell Boomi, PL/SQL knowledge

Kronos implementation experience in Europe

Global WFM implementation experience

Detailed Job Description:

Experience in Workforce Dimensions or UKG Workforce Central global implementations and rollouts in the areas of Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Workforce Integration Manager, Dell Boomi integrations and Kronos Devices such as Kronos 4500 terminals or InTouch

Should have experience in managing a workforce management implementation for Kronos.

Should have experience in implementing Kronos WFC or WFD for at least 2 global customers.

Should be able to manage stakeholders of the implementation.

Should have experience working in a multicultural environment.

Should be comfortable working in a global delivery model.

Client management

Offshore coordination

Minimum years of experience required: 10 years with min 5 years in KRONOS environment
