Detailed Job Description:
Serve as a "subject matter expert" for Oracle HCM Cloud related queries, such as process questions, systems questions, and technical/user issues
Run, support and troubleshoot HR system integrations from ATS to Core HCM and from HCM to payroll, benefits and other downline systems
Manage Taleo configurations for North America candidate management and onboarding integrations
Demonstrate an understanding of interconnectivities between systems and processes
With a business process mindset, serve as HR Systems representative to be involved in HR Projects and work closely with the broader HR team
Ensure all support tickets are logged, responded and closed as per agreed SLAs.
Communicate status and coordinate closure of support issues & activities
Primary liaison with IT and users during system downtime to ensure system recovery according to SLA
Liaise with AMS resources for HR Systems related tasks and level 2 support escalations
Consult with HR internal customers and other stakeholders to provide business advantages through technology
Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years
