Must have Skills:
• Deliver high quality experiences to end-users across multiple products
• Create, manage, and ensure ongoing personas development for product areas
• Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathy
• Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continuously drive product improvement
• Determine and analyze KPIs across multiple products to establish digital experience success, failures and next steps through iteration
• Understand and drive User Research, UX to design and craft quality experiences
• Communicate user needs hypothesis to ensure desired product outcomes
• Advise and collaborate on test creation and setup
• Align user needs with company objectives to achieve product outcomes
• Develop relationships with important strategic vendors and internal stakeholders/partners
• Conduct secondary market research and apply toward digital product strategy
• Analyze complex business cases to determine product feasibility, prioritization and project ROI
• Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions
• Structure strategic conversations and develop digital product strategy independently

This role will work with other product managers and owners on the responsive and mobile teams. Will partner various stakeholders to refine and execute against the Access to Care strategy. He/she will help define the short-term and long-term product roadmap. He/she will work with cross-functional teams in a fast paced, agile environment and will be responsible for managing product development deliverables such as requirements documentation, analytics, design reviews, implementation and delivery.
