- Should have minimum 3 years of experience in handing multiple scrum PODs in the digital domain.
- Should have an overall exp of 8 years and above in IT.
- Should have good communication Skills.
- Should be able to face clients to understand the requirements and create user stories based on the requirements.
- Should have experience in working in distributed agile model.
- Should be able to manage the stakeholders.
Minimum years of experience: 8+ years
