Good technical experience in J2EE Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture. Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle. Become the Single point of contact for the project delivery and act as an advocate between the Delivery and the Customer. Drive and coordinate crisis management. Strong presentation skills. Working experience on agile methodologies SCRUM Project Metrics Perform code reviews Good understanding of testing, release management
