Must Have Skills:-
Scrum Master with more than 10 years of experience.
Candidate should have experience in managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Should manage each projects scope and timeline.
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily standups
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
Detailed Job Description:-
Similar to a Scrum Master, the ADL will provide logistics support for the team Scrum. Additionally, the ADL will work closely with the DnA Product Owner and the Business Owner to ensure that the features of the product or service are achieved.
An ADL is assigned to one or more domains or initiatives and as a result the ADL may support one or more teams within a quarter.
General capabilities of an ADL :
The ADL actively partners across DnA functions to delivery products and services utilizing Agile principles
Conducts quarterly PI meetings with domain stakeholders to define features to be developed
Ensures the factory(ies) deliver prioritized outcomes while focusing on quality, continuous deliver and continuous improvement
Provides visibility into team and progress towards commitments and outcomes
Guides the factory(ies) to adhere to delivery standards and procedures, as well as works with other ADLs to ensure consistency of practice across all factories within DnA.
Identifies and communicates risks and impediments as identified.
Utilizes feedback from the team members to Kaizen opportunities and celebrate success.
Encourages Agile and Lean principles into team(s) practices and work products increasing collaboration and self-organization
Coaches team members on backlog refinement and prioritization
Begins applying creativity within basic practices and frameworks to improve the team and their delivery.
Improves skills by actively seeking and participating in a variety of learning opportunities such as Communities of Practice, conferences, classroom training, and independent study to further develop self and community.
