Develop system architecture that improves designs and mapping form to function. 2. Develop systems and applications using complex algorithms to deliver business functions or architectural components. 3. Identifying issues that affect product delivery. 4. Design and recommend technical solutions for IT-related issues. 5. Working with developers to ensure quality network frameworks 6. Educate team members about integrating systems collaboratively and efficiently. 7. Leverage knowledge of a given solution to assess its alignment with business needs. 8. Keep abreast of emerging industry trends to continuously update the client’s operations and assess how competition differs from client’s current state. 9. Communicate the business value of technical solutions. 10. Discover mutually beneficial solutions across customers while recognizing different styles. 11. Conform to existing industry and client security coding standards adhering to fortify scan and other security tool review requirements. 12. Lead code peer reviews ensuring the code meets business requirements, adheres to the client’s security and code standards. 13. Provide executive updates on program status and results. Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience. 2. Experience in MERN web application and solution architecture. 3. Experience and working knowledge in NodeJs 4. Experience and working knowledge in React JS, Jsp, Javascript, Hibernate, Soap Web Services, Rest Web Services, and Server Caching. 5. Experience using DevOps suite of tools such as Jira, Jenkins, and GIT/Stash. 6. Experienced in Unit testing, load test and automation tools like qTest, JUnit, Selenium. 7. Experience in telecom development and delivery. Optional 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 2. Software development experience with experience on Web/ hybrid / native app development. 3. Eight or more years' experience in information technology, including leading project teams in systems analysis or software engineering. 4. Five or more years' experience in Relational Database like Oracle, DB2, object-oriented programming. 5. Understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures. 6. Strong problem solving skills to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues. 7. Strong teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional teams. 8. Excellent oral and written communication skills; can present concisely and effectively to critical audiences including director and executives. 9. Knowledge of secure coding with OWASP coding practices, Fortify and Blackduck or equivalent security scanning software. 10. Oral & written communication skills; can present findings concisely and effectively to critical audiences. 11. Google drive suite services (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) 12.
