- As a Lead, work closely with the client business team to understand and coordinate with dev team and other stakeholders and get the development signed
- Engage stakeholders to identify cross functional features, and impacts to current processes, operations, and platforms
- Translate business needs into requirements then into Implementations, including Spec Review, Development, code review, Quality Sign off and PROD rollt
