Job Description               

ARIAT is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst-Recruiting with experience leading business initiatives.

 

Summary

The SuccessFactors Business Analyst – Recruiting Module provides functional and technical support for Ariat’s global HR technology platforms including Recruiting Module and HRIS solution. This role solicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements as well as translates business requirements into technical specifications.

The position will be remote and available to travel to our Union city, CA office.

 

Essential Responsibilities

•   Supports SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects

•   Solicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements.

•   Coordinates system and user acceptance testing.

•   Provides/updates process, procedural and other support documentation.

•   Develops and may participate in delivery of end-user training.

•   Partners with HR process leaders/analysts to prepare system and data to support cyclical HR processes (e.g., performance plan launch, succession assessments, course catalog updates, etc.).

•   Provides day-to-day Recruitment Module.

•   Provides SAP SuccessFactors support and case management.

•   Provides reports to support process execution and continuous improvement.

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Education Required

A 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field. Appropriate additional experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.

Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated configuration and/or support experience with SuccessFactors, with the ability to read and write functional specifications.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors required: LMS, Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central modules preferred.

Demonstrated functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.

Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities; keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with project leads, developers, and other team members.

Excellent documentation and organizational skills

 

Minimum years of experience required: 7+ years
