Job Title:- Scrum Master (ONSITE) Location: Houston, TX ( Work from Office/ONSITE) Duration: 6 Months+ Experience : Minimum 8+ Years of experience
Job Description:- - Minimum 8+ Years of experience as Scrum Master with the ability to run multiple delivery squads.
- Play the role of servant leader to the squad, unblocking issues and enabling their success.
- Experience in resource management and forecasting.
- Be a good communicator – able to deliver a message effectively and concisely at all levels, on both a technical and a business level. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be highly analytical – able to problem solve, absorb large amounts of detail and to see the big picture. Be able to manage conflicting ideas and demands to provide clarity.
- Be self-motivated and self-starting – able to work with little supervision and able to pick up new or unfamiliar concepts quickly. Be confident and demonstrate good judgement. Be able to work in a demanding development environment.
- Agile working - Practical experience of working in an iterative/Agile development environment (including sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews and retrospectives).
- Professional accreditation in agile delivery (Certified ScrumMaster or similar)
- Experience working across global teams and large enterprises.
Desirable Skills / Experience:- Domain knowledge - knowledge of analytics, trading, market data, data management solutions in financial services/commodity trading/energy & utilities/risk management/insurance industries Experience in Azure Dev Ops/Jira for managing work items & teams Experience working in a scaled agile environment and an understanding of the key concepts (Ie – SAFe)
