No Candidate should be willing to come to Houston after selection. Job Details: Essential Skills / Experience: · Minimum 8+ Years of experience as Scrum Master with the ability to run multiple delivery squads. · Play the role of servant leader to the squad, unblocking issues and enabling their success. · Experience in resource management and forecasting. · Be a good communicator – able to deliver a message effectively and concisely at all levels, on both a technical and a business level. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Be highly analytical – able to problem solve, absorb large amounts of detail and to see the big picture. Be able to manage conflicting ideas and demands to provide clarity. · Be self-motivated and self-starting – able to work with little supervision and able to pick up new or unfamiliar concepts quickly. Be confident and demonstrate good judgement. Be able to work in a demanding development environment. · Agile working - Practical experience of working in an iterative/Agile development environment (including sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews and retrospectives). · Professional accreditation in agile delivery (Certified Scrum Master or similar) · Experience working across global teams and large enterprises. Desirable Skills / Experience: · Domain knowledge - knowledge of analytics, trading, market data, data management solutions in financial services/commodity trading/energy & utilities/risk management/insurance industries · Experience in Azure Dev Ops/Jira for managing work items & teams · Experience working in a scaled agile environment and an understanding of the key concepts (i.e. – SAFe) Interview Process (Is face to face required?): No Minimum years of experience: 08+ Years Certifications Needed: No If this job/position is not suitable to you, please refer a candidate and earn a referral bonus.
