Hi, Please find the job description below and let me know if any consultant is available- Client: ARIAT Job Title: SAP PLM Systems Analyst Location: San Francisco, California -Remote Position type: Contract Contract duration: 6 Months Summary Our client is seeking a PLM Systems Analyst with experience leading business initiatives. We are seeking a Systems Analyst for our PLM System who is a self-starter that can identify, analyze, and solve technical issues quickly, communicate effectively, and collaborate well with team members. Provide expertise in support of the team’s mission: “To provide uninterrupted and reliable access to the PLM system.” Administer and continuously improve the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. The PLM Business System Analyst will be a front-line support for the PLM system. Also shouled have experience in Centric compititors like Onshape/Arena PLM & QMS/OpenBOM/Teamcenter/Autodesk Fusion 360 Manage with Upchain/PTC Windchill/Propel/ENOVIA/SAP PLM competitors DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) PLM • Act as a point of contact for PLM system and process questions; effectively and efficiently resolving issues to improve user experience and business processes • Troubleshoot system errors, diagnose root cause and determine and act on error resolution • Identify system knowledge gaps with users, recommend and perform training, create user training manuals • Create and maintain business process documentation • Create and maintain test scripts for PLM regression, functional and implementation user acceptance testing • Create user accounts and provide system authorization and security administration for PLM • Partner with PLM software provider to support server and database maintenance • Analyze the current business process, identify, develop and implement techniques to improve productivity, efficiencies, mitigate risks and resolve issues. • Create and maintain custom and system wide views 2) MASTER DATA • Partner with Project Managers and Product Marketing to audit PLM master data and provide direction, recommendations and training, if needed, to ensure accurate data • Support and manage approach for measuring adoption policies and standard operational processes associated with reference to master data related strategies and SAP related projects. • Analyze current functional processes in conjunction with system capabilities, identify and communicate system functionality to reduce manual and repetitive work SKILLS / COMPETENCIES • Capability to understand functional business requirements and translate to system solution • Ability to transfer system knowledge and train others • Ability to trouble shoot in dynamic work environment • Ability to effectively participate on cross functional project teams • Asks questions and challenges “why” to create atmosphere of continuous improvement • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks/priorities • Excellent communication and presentation skills Thanks & Regards Abhishek Chellumala VEDAINFO INC Office: -310-929-1616 EXT 113 Direct: -+1 310-589-4470 E-Mail: -Abhishek@vedainfo.com www.vedainfo.com |
