UX Consultant/Information Architect

Chicago, IL

12+ Months

 

Description:

·       Experience in executing software projects by following a user-centered-design (UCD) process.

·       Identify end user requirements, by researching and analyzing user needs,

·       Understanding business requirements, stakeholder objectives and aligning with technology, implementation strategy

·       Well versed in performing UX Analysis: document personas, user journeys, task analysis, UX Process Implementation: product design reviews, product experience design, formative user testing

·       Define content architecture and analysis: content inventory, taxonomy design, information architecture

·       Work closely with business analysts / SMEs to understand the use cases and task flows

·       Organize information, craft interactive experiences by producing user scenarios, storyboards, prepare interaction specifications, navigation rules, organization of information, site maps, wire-frames

·       Use wire-framing and prototyping tools to generate clickable prototypes and capture feedback from stakeholders and end users

·       Conduct Design Thinking workshops as required
