Job Description: Workday HCM Consultant

Location: Bay Area, CA

Duration: 6 months(+) contract

 

Need LOCAL Candidates ONLY, Bay Area,CA.

Job Description: Workday HCM Consultant

Working closely with our clients, consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance.

•           Should have exposure to functional knowledge on HR modules Core HR, Compensation and Performance.

•           Plan, gather and clearly document the business needs (requirements) of clients and stakeholders using current/future state process flow.

•           Provide timely and efficient support for Workday and other HCM applications

•           Resolving production issues as well as guiding the team in solving process problems

•           Minimum of 2 years of hands on Workday functional, systems integration and/or implementation experience

•           Minimum of 2 years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis

•           Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a consulting or technical environment

•           Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

•           Preferred Skills: Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits or Talent & Performance certifications

•           Previous experience with a large professional service organization is a plus

•           Strong interest in collaborative work with clients
