Title: UKG-Kronos Workforce Consultant Location: Austin, TX (Day 1, Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Focus: UKG Pro migration support, workforce management systems, payroll/timekeeping operations, QA validation, and enterprise implementation support Key Requirements:
- 7+ years supporting workforce management systems in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro & Kronos Workforce Central
- Workforce management implementation / migration experience Experience supporting go-lives, cutovers, and post-go-live stabilization
- Payroll integrations, pay policies, and workforce compliance knowledge
- Strong stakeholder/vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills
