We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Gosu, PCF, and Product Model configuration. If you have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and Guidewire implementations, we'd love to hear from you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter using Gosu, PCF, and Product Model
✅ Implement policy lifecycle processes including Submission, Issuance, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellations, and Reinstatements
✅ Configure Lines of Business, Coverages, Conditions, Exclusions, and Modifiers
✅ Develop UI screens, business rules, validation rules, and workflows
✅ Configure rating, underwriting, and eligibility rules
✅ Build and support integrations using SOAP, REST, Messaging, and Plugins
✅ Perform unit testing, code reviews, defect resolution, and production support
✅ Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams
🔹 Required Skills
✔ Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration
✔ Guidewire Cloud (GWCP) experience
✔ Gosu Programming
✔ PCF (Page Configuration Files)
✔ Product Model Configuration
✔ Business Rules, Validation Rules & Workflows
✔ XML, SOAP, REST Web Services
✔ Guidewire Studio / Eclipse
✔ SQL fundamentals
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Guidewire Integration Framework
• ClaimCenter or BillingCenter exposure
• Guidewire Upgrade / Cloud Migration experience
• CI/CD and DevOps exposure
• Performance tuning and batch configuration
