🚀 Hiring: Salesforce Architect (RCA EXP)
📍 Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with 15+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and Quote-to-Cash (CPQ) implementations. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, driving architecture decisions, and aligning technology platforms with business objectives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions across enterprise programs
✅ Define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions to meet business and technical requirements
✅ Lead architecture discussions and technology strategy across multiple teams and stakeholders
✅ Drive Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ solution architecture initiatives
✅ Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions
✅ Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, standards, and technical documentation
✅ Mentor development and architecture teams on Salesforce best practices
✅ Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements
✅ Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 15+ years of overall IT experience
✔ Expert-level Salesforce Technical Architecture experience
✔ Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce CPQ (SFDC CPQ) experience
✔ Minimum 5+ years of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) implementation experience
✔ Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud
✔ Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
✔ Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and integrations
✔ Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
✔ Experience leading architecture governance and design reviews
🔹 Preferred Skills:
⭐ Experience with Value Architecture & Realization
⭐ Salesforce Architect Certifications
⭐ Enterprise integration experience with APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms
⭐ Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
⭐ Strong communication, consulting, and executive presentation skills
