Must have Skills:	1.     Understanding of Hadoop Architecture/Kafka 2.     Spark & Spark Streaming Experience 3.     Strong communication skills	1) 4+ years hand on development with Hadoop 2) Strong Spark development skills 3) Experience with either Redshift, Cloud Formation and NoSQL Databases	1.) Come from a data science background with an in-depth understanding of Machine Learning principles 2.)  The ability to be independent. There will be a lot of autonomy in this role. 3.) Strong Python experience
Imp Notes:	Our client is currently looking for consultants very strong with Spark for Spark streaming and data streaming. Spark is their major computation platform. They need someone that has experience with building a hadoop environment from scratch	Our client is looking for someone who feels very competent technically within Spark and AWS who has ideally been on a project that has involved building out a Data Lake before	Our client is looking for someone who has a VERY strong background in Developing models for image recognition and computer vision. This person will take charge and complete their image recognition portion of it. Has to be strong in Python.
Nice to have:	Heavy Architecture knowledge
