As discussed please go through the below position, if you are comfortable share the below required details along with your DL and Visa Copy ASAP.     Front End Web Developer Location: Portland, OR Length: 3-4 Months H-1, Green card, US Citizen and EAD is okay.   1099 or C2C   Description:   Please submit Github link or other examples of candidates web development work so client can see what they have done in their portfolio.   They should be experienced 7+ years and have a good eye for design and able to accurately reflect sophisticated design comps we will provide them.  They should have built at least a dozen or so - corporate level - responsive design microsites under their belt. We need a good performer that can think on their own and make very good decisions.  They need to be able to write html and Javascript code from scratch. We are looking for someone who is used to building websites for larger higher stake type clients – not small business websites and splash pages and not word press.   General Able to work independently, within a small team The ability to work with existing legacy code as well as create new code from scratch (must have) Create new and maintain existing CGI based sites with database integration (nice to have) Use design comps to determine the best way to structure and style front-end webpages (must have) Build page behaviors and user interfaces with Javascript and CSS (must have)   HTML (must have) Excellent HTML5 skills Excellent experience with building responsive pages / websites across browsers, platforms and breakpoints Excellent understanding of how to build pages with good structure based on design comps Excellent understanding of using semantic elements properly   CSS (must have) Excellent CSS3 experience – understanding of flexbox, CSS grid, pseudo-class and attribute selectors are a plus SASS – including using SASS variables, mixins, code linting Must be able to use efficient CSS which helps reduce the complexity of HTML structures   Javascript (must have) Must be experienced with jQuery Must be able to code Javascript without using other third party libraries JSON/AJAX JS linting   Experience with CGI based sites (strongly preferred but not a show stopper if the person is strong in all other areas) Perl CGI experience desired or the ability to transition from a similar language very quickly Experience with other languages such as PHP is a plus Relational database experience required including experience with CGI interfaces to databases, such as DBI.  Oracle experience is preferred but not required.
