Must Have Skills
• 5+ years of experience coordinating and leading multiple development, reporting and testing teams
• Minimum of 6 months hands on experience programming automation software
• Experience with developing in Java, .Net, HTML, VB, C#, XML
• Experience leading teams with a history of successful delivery
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
• Knowledge of business process re-engineering
Nice to have skills
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Formal training in Process Automation software, Blueprism
• Experience providing production level support
• OCR or Surface Automation experience
• Experience with workflow tool Bizagt
Detailed Job Description
The Process Automation Development Leader will lead all development oversight and testing efforts for all Process Automation projects within Consumer Process Automation organization.
This individual will also be responsible for managing both onshore and offshore development work, lead designs of automated solutions in accordance with leading practices design principles and will manage projects within agreed upon time, cost and quality parameters.
