Must have skills (1-5): SAP HCM testing is mandatory Experience in data migration and automation are plus Job description: 5+ years of QA experience testing in SAP HCM domain, SAP Quality processes, Testing Good Functional and Technical knowledge Experience in Agile project, QA processes and tools, test management systems etc. Should have commitment towards ownership of product/topic Ability to drive Test Strategy & Design, Test Process, Test Methodology, Test Tool Evaluation & adoption Strong collaboration skills and work well in a cross-cultural teams Strong Leadership skills and QA expertise Data migration and Automation testing experience are plus B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent degree QA with experience on SAP HCM. Experience in data migration project . Automation experience will be a plus.
