Job Responsibilities:

1. Must have working knowledge on Enterprise Class structure
2. Should have knowledge on Rule resolution
3. Should have knowledge on DCO, Application profiler, Application
Accelerator
4. Must have working knowledge on Performance Tuning (PAL, Log Analyzer, DB
Tracer/ Preflight)
5. Must have working knowledge on SMA (System Management Administrator) tool
6. Should have working experience in Pega Framework implementation
experience (CPM, NBAM, Smart Investigation, etc.)
7. Must have working knowledge on Node & Thread level page
8. Must have working knowledge on advance Pega OOTB Integration (Exp -
Exception handling, Data Mapping for services and connectors, Security model
for SOAP connectors & services)
9. Must have working knowledge on Pega Deployment experience / knowledge
(Deployment Architecture) / Rules import & Export
10. Should have knowledge on Rule Passivation and Pega Cache
11. Should have working knowledge on single and multivariate circumstancing
12. Should have working knowledge on Pega Authentication & Authorization,
authenticate using LDAP and implement Single-Sign-On (SSO)
13. Should have working knowledge on Agents & listeners
14. Should be Pega CSSA certified
15. Should have working knowledge on Data Model (Data Tables, Data Pages,
Advanced properties options, linked properties)
16. Should have knowledge on Case Management (Case Designer to create a case
types, sub cases, add process to case, Covers and Folders)
17. Should have knowledge on Push & Pull routing, skill-based routing
18. Should clear with key concepts and tools of the Designer Studio
19. Must have knowledge on Pega-RULES Agents like System Indexer, System
Pulse
20. Reporting with expertise in BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange) is
preferable
21. Experience or knowledge in Pega 7.x features and concepts is preferable
22. Agile, Pega Scrum Methodology knowledge
23. Experience installing and managing an Application/Web server
24. Familiarity with relational database
25. Must have lead at least 2 Pega projects in CSSA capacity
26. Good with BPM Concepts and Terminologies

Requirements
1. Seven or more years programing with supporting/interfacing with business
stakeholders experience; multi-platform experience, and expert level
experience with business and technical applications; or any combination of
education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
2. Five or more years working as Tech lead and Seven or more year's hands on
experience using Pega applications
3. Thorough knowledge on all best practices in programming
4. Familiar with Architectural design patterns
5. Familiar with DevOPs such as Bitbucket / Bamboo / Jira / Confluence
6. Experience with Test driven development
7. Work experience in Agile (Scrum) development teams required
8. Health care domain experience preferred but no mandatory
9. Location
10. This position is based in Norfolk, VA. No WFH or remote location
support.
