Must Have Skills
1. Strong understanding (and experience) of CRM and ordering concepts. The person should have experience in Account, Opportunity and Order Management. Strong knowledge of ordering systems with concepts like split ordering, baskets etc.
2. Knowledge and experience on CRM SaaS solutions like SalesforceCRM and how they differ from conventional on-prem CRM systems.
3. Understanding of Salesforce platform. Deep technical knowledge of CRM
