* Good experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects.
* Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries across UK, North America & Europe regions.
* Experience in setup of Org Structure, GL setup & Integration
* Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment.
* Setup of Direct Debit Payments.
* Strong Understanding of Dunning Process, Collection, Installment Plan.
* Setup of Main & Sub transaction Experience in analyzing issue in Billing & Invoicing process.
* Good Experience in Invoice Layout & Bill Print.
* Integration with Billing & FICO. SAP ISU FICA, CRM -ISU Integration, in Invoice Layout & Bill Print
* Experience with CRM -ISU Integration,
* Atleast 3 end to end implementation
* Atleast 3 application support projects.
* Client Facing experience Minimum years of experience: 10+
